iDRiVE Cancellation Policy

Local bookings

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the booking, this will incur full fees for the booking.

If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours, but within 14 days from booking, this will incur 50% of the full fees.

And any cancellations more than 14 days before booking will incur no fee.

Airport, Brisbane or out of town bookings. (Local cancellation policy applies.)

If you have booked an out of town run, you will pay a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your date and the balance of the cost will be paid 14 days before the booking date... if payment has not been made 14 days before date you will forfeit your deposit and your booking will be cancelled.
